Terrible customer support. Requested 4 packages of DVD along with a 6 pack of inkjet cartridges. While purchase came, obtained 1 black capsule in the place of my 6 pack of black & shade. They didn't react to my mail for times, and after many emails they've delivered me a return type. They're not delivering the things I ought to have obtained till they get the product (one stinking inkjet cartridge) they sent incorrectly. A business shouldn't cause you to purchase your errors, which may be the last period they will have that chance. You will find way too many additional options with equivalent pricing, greater support and quicker delivery.
