I, like a good portion of the college comunity can not always guarantee that i will have enough money to pay a cell phone bill every month. So i opted for t-mobiles amazing my fav's flex pay option that allowed me to not only have avery reliable and cheap service, there was no contract. Now i used this service for over a year and you know what, they kicked some ass. 3 times they screwed up my account and not only did they refund me any minutes or texts i lost, they paid my entire bill twice. Needless to say I regained some respect for american buisness.
Well I had been using a blackberry pearl 8100 which at the time was still a 300$ phone. One night i accidently dropped it in the sink and it fried. At the time i thought i was smart because i paid $80 for a full waranty... (well my deductable ended up being 175 if i sent phone in 350 if they just sent me a new phone) whatever thats another issue.
During this time i was in the process of getting a new phone i talked to an absolutly wonderful women who suspended my account for me. It turns out i really did not want to dish 200 bux to get a new blackberry so i canceled my t-mobile account. I ended up losing the last 2 weeks of my suspension but i reasoned that cutting my losses wasnt the worst thing.
2 months later (AFTER I REPEAT AFTER) my account closed and i really made sure it was closed, i get a BILLLL for the last 2 months... It was 120$ i was like ok... I called t-mobile and they said it was just procedure to get 1 more bill after canceling because of processing and bs. I said ok and they got rid of it.
Another 2 months go by and i go to buy groceries and my debit card was denied... I go home and check my account and those bastards TRIPPLE BILLED ME! I had been on another provider for 4 months at this time, and in any case i had a pay as you go NO CONTRACT with t-mobile. So that night i went home and called t-mobile. Again they were like o shit our mistake and rectified the situation. Sort of. I was reimbursed 150$ of what they billed me but they absolutly refused to pay the 120$ overdraft fees they incured... Again i was not going to fight that battle and said whatever atleast its done... You know what the f*k happened today. I got a bill from them for 7 f*king cents... 1. There is no logical reason as to why i have a 7 cent charge 6 months after the sh*s over... They called me about it... I just hung up. I mean what the f*k...
