Avery R Stone is being well known in california, in the year of 1997/1998 he and other associate F Gortot, openned a Corp. Named IClean, he (STONE) was the Regional Director and sold franchisees and cleaning services, later he re-sold the master franchisee to other person, default check payments, bounce checks, collect payments from services and later left the Corp to other person who changed the Corporate ownership.
In that scamm Stone made the franchisee owner's contracts in the way to the franchisee buyer has not the chance to file or report any default to the law enforcement agencies, just to the mediator, usually this occur after the first 6 months, me and other 20 persons being scammed each one with money down for about $ 3,000.= plus the monthly invoices that he cashed before disappear.
We knew he later opened another Franchisee Cleaning services in San Diego, Ca with the same scam and has relatives in Toronto -Canada, a sister who works in transportation services.
