Mr. Schurmann, US Master Franchisee for Plaswall Claims To Have Been Threatened With Aggressive and Unethical Tactics Including a Smear Character Assassination Campaign by Mark Taylor CEO of Sterling and his Associate Richard Waters AKA "Dr. Thomas Jennings"
Mr. Steven Schurmann, CEO of PowerConcrete Building Technologies, have claimed to be a victim of a major Plaswall franchisee fraud conducted by Mark Taylor, CEO of Sterling Construction and Development Corp. According to Mr. Schurmann, Taylor has scammed him out of $750,000 in total.
The money was laundered by Taylor in commissions and franchise fee for a Plaswall franchise, which Mr. Schurmann later found out to be non-patentable in the US. Lackluster quality of Sterlings product and Mr. Taylors unethical and corrupt business practices forced Mr. Schurmann to resign as Plaswall franchisee in the US.
