Do not use this fence company. I just moved into the area and I needed a dog pen built for 5 dogs. I told them if you can not do the fence right away I could not use them. They said they could do the fence right away. They took my deposit of $3,420 and told me they would do the fence in one week. Well, I heard from my plumbers that this fence company told them they were going on vacation. So I called to cancel (as the contract said I could) and no one was there or return my call. They had left for vacation for 2 months so I called the fence company and no one returned my call. I finally went to the Catskill Fence Installation on March 21 (two months later) and they told I could not get a refund. I called the cops to get a police report. Help!!!
