I purchased all these product and also have never used it. It's a lightweight energy supply (charger) that will be to be stored in a 'billed condition' to become utilized in case of crisis. The thing is the unit doesn't hold a cost, therefore making it a$100.00 door-stop. I've looked at Sears for many years and usually purchased using the assurance they might uphold their goods. After I delivered them I had been informed the 1year was up, and unceremoniously shown the doorway. It moves without stating that I'm livid.
