I ordered thru Amazon 2 text books for my daughter 2 weeks before school started. I knew that was cutting it a little close but I haven't had problems getting books in that time before. Textbooksnow said they would ship them by the 11th. They never did. I tried contacting on the 15th. No response to my emails (2) through Amazon. I went to the company website and tried their customer service email too. Again, no response. I tried calling the number on the website. I got a recording saying it was out of service.
