I woke up this morning and check bank account and was 200 cheaper than yesterday. Upon further investigation a draft for T-Mobile is present. I call T-Mobile state my issue that I do not have service with them I am actually with the top competitor Verizon and at this point glad I am.
I give rep. My account number she searches for the transaction, finds it and asks if I know someone with their service I told not sure everyone has cell phones. I am put on a extremely long hold (I think she wanted me to hang up) she comes back advises me I have made a payment on this account over a year ago with same checking account.

My mouth hits the floor My daughter's father I give her mobile number and address and all and she tells me that's where the $200 dollar payment went. I said HELL NO IT WON'T STAY THERE! She tells me she cannot stop the payment without their customer advising them to do so. Now I questioned if he will steal from me what makes you think I can call and nicely ask for money back that should have never left me? She had no answer except to not pay bills for people account info is saved and when account becomes delinquent they will pull funds from funding source. (his service is suspended).

I am currently disputing charge with bank, I had to do police report and aid my bank in collecting money back for my account to be cleared. Now I wanted to be fair after numerous attempts of trying to contact him I called his mom and sister to tell them the severity if his actions stealing from a bank. He calls me private we call T-Mobile on 3 way they credit back my account with his approval go figure tells me 3-5 days will be in my account. He asks for T-Mobile to provide him with proof of the credit back she advise him he will receive text of his $200 charge plus $25 return check fee.

He gets upset and says if she or her bank want to follow through with charges and I'm arrested I have nothing to prove money was returned to her. Rep advised return of money does not excuse the act of theft. Funny how tables turn huh.

These companies cannot be allowed to save account info that does not reflect their customers name. I feel I should be able to go online and make a one time payment and know my account info is safe not them storing and he can call in and verify the last 4 and Voila payment made at my expense.
