Do not EVER work with Patrick O'Brien of Lorich Construction Management LLC located on Deer Park Ave in Deer Park, New York. Patrick O'Brien is a thief and a scam artist. He goes back on his contracts with his clients and his own employees. He is a mad man and his company has repeatedly sought to screw over everyone because of his shady and illegal business practices. TRUST ME!
I know someone that worked for Lorich and had to leave due to Patrick O'Briens unprofessionalism and outright attempt to cheat and steal. He is a sick man that thinks he can do whatever he wants (regardless of contracts) and it has affected his companies reputation. He is also an anti-Semite and lies to everyone including the police. He does not think twice about harassing clients or their families (even on a holiday) to get what he thinks is owed to him.
