Patrick McCall Paid for camera system but Patrick McCall never mailed it and would not send a refund or answer emails/phone calls

A friend and customer of my IT business sent In View Cameras and Patrick McCall money to purchase a DVR surveillance camera system and he never sent the product. Patrick strung us along for weeks saying it was coming from the distributor but it never arrived. When my friend went to file a complaint with paypal to get his money back, they would not help because it was past the 45 day limit. Patrick refuses to answer any emails or phone calls.

DO NOT do business with In View Cameras or Patrick McCall of Moriches, NY on Long Island. Ever. He is a liar and a thief.
