I requested some toner That-Laser given as "minimum purchase two". The bundle they quickly delivered included just one capsule, and my criticism went unanswered, and so I was stiffed for $17.50 (plus delivery). These specific things may happen over an eternity, but when you've an option between All-Laser and someone else, I Would opt for the someone else.
