WARNING: This is not a legitimate company. This company is a huge joke and a scam. I STRONGLY recommend that you do not use this company. We placed an order in January and after a huge song and a dance, it took forever to get the products, which arrived on March 31st — when we finally got the products, it was not even the product we ordered.
The company admitted it was wrong and said they will replace, but now its April 29th and still nothing. I get a huge run around.
For starters - no one will EVER answer the phone, so don't bother trying to call. You might get someone once in a great while, but they are no help. And forget about leaving a message, because you'll never get a call back. Anytime you do talk to someone on the phone, they tell you they only work by email and I have to email them my request and/or concern. Emails never get returned, although, I've found that if you send many emails about the same thing - then you might get a response at some point.
Lucky for us, they requested we send a check before they complete the order, but our company only pays on terms, so they agreed. So at least at the moment we are not out anything, but our customer is obviously upset at the length of time this is taking, and I'm going to have to order the product somewhere else anyways.
I filed a formal complaint with the Upstate NY BBB, and they said that the post office has returned all their letters and said that address doesn't even exist!
I should have done a google search first, but there are a lot of posting (even on this site) about this company scamming people.
DO NOT BUY from aaa line world / aaa manufacturing in niagara falls, ny 1623 military road.
