Paid $98.80 for a one year renewal to Enquirer Magazine which has never been received. Unable to reach anyone at this company by phone. Read on the internet that this company hacked into the National Enquirer database to obtain subscriber list and offer discounted rate to lure business. My initial contact indicated that I needed to wait 60 days to allow time for National Enquirer to process the renewal. Now I am unable to reach anyone at the number I have for US Periodicals. Would like a refund.
