I found this website online, and wanted a classic birth plate for my daughter. I chose inyourname.Biz, and my uncle ordered the plate as a christmas gift to my child. He ordered the plate on November 4th, and his credit card was instantly charged. The plate was being delivered to me, andwhen I informed him no package ever came, he tried to contact this company by phone and email with no response back. I also tried to contact this company several times by email, and when you call the business number it says " voice mail box full at this time", so you cannot leave any messages. We have never received any package, and my uncle is disputing the charge with his credit card company. I placed a report on this company with the BBB because there is no customer service, and no one from the company responds back in any way, and they never delivered the item purchased, but they charge your card immediately.
