No Payers, completed a well done job and they were paid in full by the owner but did not pay there sub

Our company provided a well dont job for this customer. They where paid in full buy the owner but they refuse to answer the phone or schedule any type of payments with us. So Subcontractors please be aware!!! They are no payers!!
