1. If you are currently or previously audited by the Oregon Tax Revenue Department in Oregon, and Mr. Bill (William) Sulser was your auditor, you may want to make a formal complaint against this man.
2.in July he was dismissed (fired) from the department after 5 years there.
3. Why? He was grossly incompendent, and choose to engage in stalker type conduct in order to avoid his real job, doing taxes and to intimidate Oregon Tax Payers.
4. He may have also, been on the take. Paid by individuals (attorneies, State of Oregon agencies) who desired revenge against an Oregonian citizen who may have won a legal case etc.
5. He personally sought out and selected specific Oregon tax payers, and then started his stunts.
6. He mistake, and those who "employed" him, was that he selected a tax payer who was well trained in survailence techques. They simple turned the tables on him, and are currently working on locating his actual home residence, which is known to be in Troutdale, Oregong off of Troutdale Road and Chapman by Cherry Hill Park Post Offices.
