La Primitiva Intl Loteria Quincy Seguros S. A Must be present in Madrid 5% to Claim agent

I received a letter stating I won $815,950.00. Asking that I contact my agent Mrs Isabel Johnson for processing and release. Also stated that I must be present at their office in Madris, Spain before the deadline of 30 FEB. Of course their is no such date. After that date the funds will be returned to Ministerio DE Economia Y Hacienda as unclaimed.

I sent an email to see if I get a response. No response as yet 1/18.2009.
