They wouldnt tell you price of membership over the phone. They show you ads of other co's and give ex: of mfg costs. This is all they show you before they ask for the $5,000. Then they say if you dont take it now - you cant come back. We walked out. We didnt expect to spend that much without doing any hw on this co. And they expect you to make the decision or forever be banned - what an insult! They guy talking to us said i really dont care if you join or not-i dont get commission - translation to me -they pay me regardless so i dont give a shit. What a rude unprofessional salesperson. I also didnt expect to spend $10,000 just to save $5,000. This might work for someone that has a lot of home repairs or renovations. But for someone like me that just has a couple of things to do-paying retail is cheaper. I have also heard from other blogs that people were not satified with product or delivery. Thats pretty bad after you plunk down $5,000. They also state its members only and you should be loyal to them, the mfg's and the retailers. Tell me who is loyal to their employer anymore - please. They also feed you the line if you go back to the retailer with the mfg price they will get upset. I am sure the retailer wont care at all and just say - sorry we cant match the price. I am sure the wholesaler wouldnt care either. If this store is any good i certainly dont like the tactics they use to "lure" you in. Stay away from this co. If you have no intention of giving them $5000 for the first 2 years only then $180 a year after that for only another 8 years. So that now turns into almost $6500. Buyer beware...
