A good friend of mine has been going to this Petco ever since it opened (2 yrs ago) and she had purchased a bird and her and the bird did not work out so she took the bird back. She then again purchased another bird and when she went to purchase a 3rd bird they told her thet would not sale her another bird, but to embarrass and humilate her like that is intolerable. I've been going there for all my cat/rat items but no more. I've had other people tell me they are rude. They have never been rude to me but then if they had. Well lets just say I'm not one to take peoples muck, I fire right back but I would like to know if others here in Watertown have gone through the same thing as my friend!
