I have been in search of an African Grey parrot and I found Reina's add here in Kabul on the internet. I contacted her and we made what seemed to be a fair deal on the internet. She requested 254 dollars for pet transfer fees and cost to ship the bird (Kenny) to me. She claimed to go and pay Trina Pet Transporters for the services and promised the bird would be delivered to me. The transport agency sent me a confirming email saying the bird was on the way, then several later the transport agency sent another email claiming they needed another 1600 dollars for an insurance payment to bird the bird during transition, at this point I said "no deal" honor your original price and send the bird to me... Please help!
