On 01/27 I placed an order with Eroticy for a Doc Johnson item and on 01/28 a company named Webcapades debited my VISA card in the amount of $50.94.
On 02/05 I received shipment of the item which was damaged and shattered. It was obvious at first glance that the item was poorly packaged as it was in a box that was too small for proper containment and had no padding or packing material around the inner item.
On 02/06 I posted a complaint on the Eroticy website and asked for instructions for return and replacement. A lady named Linda wrote back on 02/07 with a brief apology and promise to get back to me with a solution. I never heard back and posted two more complaints over the next 10 days in reply to their automated ads and scam mail.
On 02/18 I asked VISA for advice and they said to send the item back to Webcapades with a letter in the box requesting a replacement or credit back. It is now 03/05 and they have been in receipt of the returned merchandise and letter for more than 10 days.
I will take care of them through my VISA Customer Service as they have chosen the course of "we don't give a damm" service and thank goodness for a credit card services. It is a lot of trouble to take all of this action against slime like this. BEWARE and don't do business with companies like this!
