I purchased an "ebony" bass fretboard from the client. It was shipped sandwiched between two pieces of cardboard. That is all the padding it had. Of course, if arrived damaged. It was also warped. I contacted the seller and she told me to ship it back. A few days went by and I heard nothing from her. She refused to give me my money back despite the fact that she now had the item in her hands again.
Paypal was contacted and a claim was submitted in order to get my money back. Well, they started asking me for a tracking number. I did not have one, because the client lead me to believe that she would give me my money back. Now I am going through appeals with Pay Pal. They are cooperating very well.
I gave the seller bad feed back on ebay that stated " Damaged/poor packaging Sent back per sellers req. Refuses to send my $ back". She replied to that feed back with "?? FIRST I HEARD WHEN I RECIEVED THE NEGITIVE. Must be wrong seller? Have ship no". Total lie.
The feedback left to me stated "STAY AWAY BAD BUYER KEEP AWAY DON'T BUY OR SELL WILL COST YOU IN THE END". So, she knows exactly who I am.
She is right about one thing, I will keep this up until I put her out of business. It will cost her in the long run.
