On October 24th, I ordered a new titanium wedding band from this seller for my husband because his had gotten too big. The advertised ring was a 9.5.
However, when the ring arrived, it wasn't a 9.5, it was a 10.5! I contacted the seller, NAZJEWELRY, who told me to please ship it back, and he would exchange it for the correct size.
I attempted to do this. I immediately packaged the item back up, created a shipping label online (which btw-was five dollars cheaper than HE charged me to ship the item to my home address.) The USPS label is #

According to the USPS, it was refused on November 1. And it has remained that way ever since. The seller claims that he didn't refuse it, but he has yet to go and claim the package even though he is very aware that it is there. I have emails documenting this fact, as well as a phone call in to the post office.
On November 8th, I contacted this seller to let him know, yet again, that the item was there, and that I was prepared to leave negative feedback, because he wasn't cooperating. He agreed to look into it, and that was the last time I heard from him.
Shortly thereafter, I sent an email politely requesting that he send my money back, and I would go elsewhere. I did not hear from him.
On November 11th, I opened a dispute through PayPal to try and recoup my money. The seller never responded. On November 15th, I left negative feedback, and advanced my dispute with PayPal to a claim.
Today, November 16th, the seller sent me an email requesting to remove my negative feedback. His exact words were, according to emails sent through ebay "i will exchange the ring and withdarw my feedback once you will do the same, thanks"
This tells me two things. 1. He KNOWS he is in the wrong here. And #2. This confirms that he is aware that the item HAS been returned to him, and he has not yet picked it up. Or if he has, he has not admitted to it. He also left retaliatory feedback.
"I EMAILED YOU TO RETURN THE RING, BE AWARE OF THIS BUYER, HE LIKES GAMES!"
As you can see, I have attempted to return the ring, and the seller is the one playing games! This is the first time that I have heard from the seller since I requested my money to be returned to me!
I don't want the ring exchanged, which is what he should have done three weeks ago! I want my money returned to me in full, because I have found a more honest ebay Seller to use.
Buyer, please beware when using this ebay seller. He is dishonest, and does not follow through the way a good business person should. See his other negative feedback as well. He is VERY good about leaving retaliatory feedback, but he is very bad about doing the right thing when it comes to making good business decisions!
