Sent me a bill after i canceled my order bought reciever and remote no refunds

I was told i would not recieve a bill because i cancelled my order. I recieved a bill in the mail because i used visa gift cards. The equipment the reciever and remote control their are no returns or refunds by their customer service department. It cost $150.00 dollars current charges $248.98 dollars adjustments $10.00 dollars taxes $17.43. I got bill total due by january. 24 $106.41 dollars. I was lied to and their very decietful. The sales people get a commision and hourly wage. They should be closed down by illinois state attorneys office and reported to the better buissness bureau in illinois
