My Wife and I ordered dishnetwork I paid 149.00 for a reciever and dish and the worker was suppose to dig the hole himself but I ended up digging, and then I thought I had an HD reciever and was wondering why I didn't get HD channels. So we upgraded to 250 channel package and I still didn't get HD so I called them and told them what was going on and they told me in order to receive HD I needed a special reciever for HD and another dish. So they are telling me that I need all this well me figureing ok so can you just come get this reciever and give me the right one and change the dish I mean I just spent $149.00 on this equipment which I thought was HD because we have a flat panel Tv with HD built in. They told me that it wasn't in the order and that I would have to pay for another reicever at a cost of $149.00 again.
Now come on you mean too tell me that after spending that first $149 not they another $149 for a HD reciever this isn't right I have emailed them called them and tried to get what i wanted but they keep dogging me and just saying the same thing all over and over.
What next.
