I'm being sued by Cardservice International INC

I ran a business about 5 years ago and I used Card Service Int. To run credit cards over the phone and on the net. Well I was always being scammed by people saying that the item I sold them was wrong or it was missing a part. I sold used JDM engines from Japan and I only sold maybe 5 different engines at a time so how could it be the wrong engine and for the missing parts, they were USED ENGINES!
So the people that bought these engines around 2k-5k would do a charge back and keep the engine and the money at the same time and Card Service wouldn't do anything about it and take the money out of my bank account and give it back to the customer even though I had a tracking number to show them I sent the engine out and they are trying to scam me. Most of the time they wouldn't even call me to tell me I received a chargeback.
Well anyway now I am being sued by Card Service Int. For $9,000 because people would keep doing chargebacks on my account. At one time I remember it got to 3k in chargeback and Card Service closed my account. Now if they closed my account at 3k why am I being sued for 9k? On top of that I have no control over my customers doing chargebacks! Their customer service is no good and the people that work there are just there to make a buck.
I had to close my business down because I couldn't use any other card services because Card Service Int. Put a block on my name. My story isn't really in detail but to anyone that is going to use there service please be aware that these people are no good and they will not treat you good at all.
The way I see it, the money was never Card Services anyway. It was either mine or the customers, so how could they sue me when I did my part in my business and they need to sue my old customers that took the money from Card Service Int. It was given to me, i didn't take anything.
A word to the wise do not use Card Service Int. At all. Stick with because they are very helpful and nice people and it cost about the same.
