Their stealing from there customers!
Tendercard provides gift card services for business all over the united states. The fee for this service is $10.25 per month. I have had their service for about 5 years with no problems. They provide gift cards to sell to customers that come in to my shop, they also hold the data base that allows us to redeem the cards as customers come in and use their gift cards. This week i received a letter stating that there business was not doing well and that they were charging a (special assessment of $195.00) to ensure that there business stays in business. Two things, one they are taking money without my consent, and two did not notify us in time to stop it from being taken from our checking account. When calling the main office at tendercard, no one is there to take any calls. I called my merchant account services (different company) office who sold this service to me for gift card use for my business, there reply was this is a huge rip off scam that there losing client too. Do not use tendercard gift card services and i'm sure we will be hearing about them on the tv show american greed. Dirt bags.
