I requested a radio controlled X-UFO for my grandchild. They didn't pack it precisely, plus one of the wings got bent in cargo, and just about all the components were spread around within the delivery container. I'd to determine just how to re pack the whole point. I quit a phone concept, a contact, and lastly a fax, also. It's been 14 days with no reaction. I'd absolutely never suggest these folks to ANYBODY!
