We found the add in the Penny Saver #804 (2-26-03 to 3/4/03) and now they have a 1-800 number available with a live person at the other end. Thanks to the reports in this web site we found out they are a scam operation before we sent them any money.
However, they completely missrepresented themselves and used the US Postal Service to conduct fraudulent business. This should be considered by the cognizant authorities and consider they are breaking federal laws. Its time to put these people out of business and have the Penny Saver stop publishing their adds.
