Similar to the other postng, I had contacted the company due to the level of thought put into the process, at least to convince me to become a member. Having purchased a one year membership, I was receiving invalid email addresses or profiles, or profiles who were not members of the site to which I had become a member. I contacted the company requesting a refund, but was told they had no refund policy. It came to a head when I was provided a profile of a heterosexual male who had not even been contacted by EGD. I contacted EGD asking how they could have compromised my personal safety etc and asked for a refund. I was again told they do not provide refunds. I filed a greivance with the Better Business Bureau who contacted the EGD twice but received no response from them. I then filed a greivenace with the Texas Attorney Generals office and am currently awaiting their response -
