Sent by Santa are personalized letters sent to children. The letters are to arrive before Christmas. I ordered four (4) letters. Paid $29.95. None of the letters came before Christmas. They arrived on the 27th. Needless to say the children were very dissappointed as were we. Sent by Santa do not answer phones. They do not respond to emails. Plain and simple, they are a completet rip off and should be put out of business.
