This was my the first year that my sons soul not ve with me for Christmas. And the first year that my oldest was beginning to doubt Santa. I know that it was hard for them to understand spending Christmas with dad and having Christmas with mom a week later. I saw a grpipon shortly after thanksgiving for a personalized letter from Santa. I was guaranteed to arrive before Christmas eve if ordered before the 9th I believe. I bought 2 so I could get a letter for each of my boys. I personalized the letter and ordered it by the 5th. Tomorrow is Christmas morning and the letters never arrived! I am furious! I have had good eexperiences with groupon but am ready to close my account over this! This was something meant to be extremely special and although the cost is minimal, the ability to make that memory for my kids is gone. Moreover, my oldest son left on the trip both his dad questioning Santa yo begin with. Santa will be gone for him completely after trying to make sense of Santa making two tops to to houses. Shame on you groupon for partnering with a sham company that made hundreds of thousands on letters from Santa that never arrived!!
