We took our Christmas photos to our local CVS store to be developed early in the day. We received a phone call from the evening Manager that there was a problem with our photos, that they had run out of ink to print the photos and apparently our film was in the machine at the time, so the Manager without even checking the machine first, turned off the machine, we lost about 4 or 5 photos because of his stupidity. These were photos of my boyfriend's brother's young children and his sister's young kids with Santa. His brother borrowed a costume to be Santa.
Children don't stay little forever so we were so happy that we were going to have memories of this special Christmas for them. Not so..., the photos that were ruined were of the children with Santa. Needless to say we will Never return to CVS for any photo developing. They offered us two free disposable cameras, we did take those, but it doesn't make up for the fact those memories are gone of that special time with the children.
CVS had better get their act together, this was unacceptable!
