Camcorder, advertised cost $169.00, in the camera wiz a.K. A techondigital.com, to get a birt-hday gift. I attempted another sitequest4camera.com, after I opposed the Stress purchase of the bigger battery I obtained an email having said that the camera was sold-out. (the web site stated various). I required the present rapidly and so I relented towards the stress purchase strategy from techondigital, (the revenue man stated "the camera won't use provided battery" seemed unusual but I had been certain the additional battery could be applied). Yes I made error. I paid $100.00 to get a battery that doesn't focus on this camcorder with no "UMBILICAL CORD", (a brief wire that operates in the dc feedback of the camcorder towards the result in the back of the battery. This battery, (Electronic Idea BP-FN 100), doesn't interface with this particular design. The SHOW/BATTERY DATA purpose doesn't function. I to named the "help people". I told them I needed to come back the battery. I had been provided information on the "umbilical cable" repair, I told him which was undesirable. RUDELY, He asked "Just How Much The Camcorder was Locally? Confused, I stated again, I'd prefer to return the battery. I had been advised I'd need to return the whole cargo.
