I ordered a HDR-CX580V 32GB camcorder ($629.00) plus their "Deluxe Package" ($100.99). Their ad said the camcorder included a remote and battery for the remote. Their "Deluxe Package" was to include a Sony FV70 battery ($129.00) and an External Charger.
When the Camcorder arrived there was no remote. When I called them I was told that Sony stopped including the remote and I should take it up with Sony. Sony told me that there never was a remote made for that camera and their ad was false.
The battery they sent me was not a Sony battery but a $25 "knock-off" battery and there was no external charger. They told me the charger would be coming seperately in 4 days. It is now 13 days and still no charger.
