I went the power to produce "restoration disks" on my new notebook. It aborted. I authorized and emailed tech-support to get a group of disks. I waited. I sent again. I waited. More than 3 weeks, including two emails towards the workplace of the boss, Mark Hurd, this created... NO EFFICIENT COMPAQ ASSISTANCE
Our notebook is ineffective without restoration disks and that I can't-get regular support, increased support, or support in the workplace of the boss.
Can I actually suggest or purchase Compaq or horsepower again? Not WITHIN THIS lifetime.
