I ordered from a catalog called Silhouettes about a month ago. On Christmas Day, my account showed a $99 charge for this service. On 12/26, I called the catalog company who tranferred me to this company and received a recording stating the company was closed for the holidays. I called the catalog company back and was intially told they could not do anything about it. When I insisted on speaking with a manager, the manager assured be she would call the company and have them remove the charge. I have to wait up to 48 hours to see if the charge is removed.
