Cp Direct - State Of Arizona - Receiver Travis McKeever Attorney
Cp Direct CP Direct the Truth, State of Arizona the Court appointed receiver the lies of Travis McKeever ripoff attorney

I have to agree with many of the postings of fellow ex employees. I too worked for CP Direct.in fact I was one of the few peope working in the "accounting offices". I worked side by side with both Mike, Vinnie and Gerri.

After working there for nearly a year, I was shocked the day we were raided. I couldn't believe what was happening, in fact I honestly believed that business would be back to normal after a few days.

Instead I was asked to stay and work for the "new boss" which turned out to be a court appointed reciever. Over the next three months I was a wreck. I was constantly being questioned about the company, by ex bosses, how I bought my house and cars, etc. I even had to take in proof that Mike & Vinnie hadn't purchased them for me. I really felt harrassed.

In all the time I worked for Mike & Vinnie, I never felt threatened. They treated me very well. I was paid well and was allowed to work as much overtime as I wanted. I was even treated to lunch several times by Mike.

I believe that the product did work for many of the customers. I had many conversations with them myself. I honestly believe that this company was growing too quickly for any of us to comprehend and the workload was overbearing. There wasn't enough time in the day to complete the work.

I have no doubt that Mike and Vinnie will continue on with life. Believe me Vinnie is a marketing genius, and he will find the next big thing.

My biggest problem / Rip-off, is all of the employees that were hurt from this situation. That day last May, nearly 100 people lost their jobs, many of which were young single parents. We were all shorted for nearly 10 days of pay. The checks were cut, the money was in the account, but the court appointed receiver decided to keep the checks. We had to fill out "requests" for our back pay. This to me should be illegal. People work honest hours and then the state appointed receiver can keep our money. Tell me how that is fair. Almost one year later and I still haven't seen the money.

I struggled for months to find a comparable job and now I realize that will never happen. Working at CP was a once in a lifetime opportunity.
