My wife and I were looking for wholesale sources for our business, and their sales rep saw this young couple coming from a mile away. He made us all kinds of verbal promises for direct access to manufacturers' catalogue and ordering. I realize now the incredibly harsh sales tactics they used, and the kicker is that the contract we signed actually had a clause saying that no harsh sales tactics were used! We followed the instructions they gave to get this and got ABSOLUTELY NOTHING in return! All price inquiries have returned nothing that a bit of shopping around for the best deals at retail stores couldn't beat.
A free flight voucher that was an incentive for signing up was not honored by the third party vendor.
Phone calls went unanswered and unreturned for months, and then their only method of contact, shopping and ordering—their website—vanished. Around this same time the automatic withdrawals from our account stopped, and we thought they were out of business and at least we wouldn't have to loose the rest of our membership fee. 3 months later suddenly they called and demanded that we become current in our payments or they would turn us over to a collections agency even though all indications are that they're no longer in business. I said we'd pay when their website was back up so at least we could know they were legitimate. He demanded a date from me when I would pay but wouldn't provide a date to me when they could offer services again!
Now they've sold our account to a collections agency and my credit may get wrecked because of these despicable people. I've since researched that it appears to be a little family-run scam and their names are:

If you know these people, BE AWARE!!! They are SCAM ARTISTS... STAY AWAY.
