Took money from bank acct. Would sell my time share, very high pressure. Her name DAWN Port Orange

Received Phone call From (DAWN) Requesting permission to sell my time share would need mony up fromt, $5400, take 90 days if not sold, no charge for nx 90 days. I received in mail awithdrawal slip for $5400 from my VISA acct. Phone order form had not been signed by me. I do not no how they got my VISA card no. BBB should look into this an. They return no phone calls..
