They made contact by e-mail about selling or renting my timeshare. I did respond as I had one I wanted to sell. I spoke with a representative and he said it would be $400.00 to sell. I agreed to pay the amount.
In about several weeks later, Diane Ball called me to say they had someone really interested in buying my timeshare, but before sending the check to me I had 18 get-away's that I would lose if I did not pay to keep them, they would rent them for me for $3582. She sounded like I would be making a great profit... Dumb, I paid $3582 on my credit card.
One week later Dawn Harrington called, she said I had a a few buyers and onced the paper work had processed, they would send me a check. Although, to list the other 12 get-aways was $2988. Dumb again, I let them put this on my credit card.
After that, I have not heard from them ever and it has been a year since I spoke to Diane and Dawn. I called both Diane and Dawn and left so many messages, but still no respond.
Last month when looking at the contract, I noticed the 12 getaway weeks they posted was not even my resort/timeshare. I have paid them big money for posting the timeshare that is not even mine. I tried to contact Diane, but again heard nothing from her. I also emailed Dawn and still no respond.
This company is a one ripoff company. Once they have your money, they will disappear and there is no way you can find them.
