After signing up for a advertised cost of $199.00, a representative, Nina Chappel, of the diagroup called me on 12-19 at 10:42 AM.
She then called some of my credit card companies. I was allowed to listen in and take part in the phone calls. I could tell by the response of the credit card company representatives that they were not going to help me or lower my interest rate.
After talking to some of my credit card companies, with no results Ms Chappel (11:22AM) then transfered me to Mr. Ron Cogan 866-620-5917 (11:24AM).
After a conversation with Mr. Cogan, he said when all my credit cards were paid off I would would be billed for their services $16,483. I asked what if I paid all my credit cards off sooner & what would it cost me? He said $16,483. Our conversation ended at 12:14PM. I cancelled my membership with the diagroup and recieved a bill for $399.00 which reduced my refund to $591.00. I faxed my responded by changing the $399.00 to $199.00 which left me a refund of $791.00.
To date 12/10 i have not recieved my refund.
My advice to you is DO NOT do business with the diagroup.
