Their site has concealed guidelines:

Limited return policy and expensive restocking charges for results.

Prices subject to improve without notice.

I requested a product, it reached double the initial price.

Guidelines not apparent if you don't seek every possible link on the site.

Guidelines must be apparent and never concealed.
