I requested my phone number to be changed by Cleartel Communications on 11-28-08 order #1431806. Cleartel stated it takes five (5) business and could not give me at new number immediately. Verizon and ATT gives you a number right away.
The third day I woke up with no dial tone. I called again and they said they was going to test the line. The dial tone came on days later. Still no number. I had to dial 9-5-8 to get the number. Now on 12-8-08 I have no long distance. I had to dial 10-10-321. It is always a problem with this company from the day I ordered service. They overcharged me this year also. I had to right the FCC for them to return my money.
I am sorry I choice this company and I am looking to switch to another phone company very soon. Yolanda W New York, NY
