A charge account was setup with GE Money to finance the $9,515 sales price. I have filed a dispute of these charges with this company although I'm not sure what will happen on that end.
Due to this material breach of contract, I am requesting that Craig W. Gonsewski be completely released of all remaining financial obligations to either KIS Golf and/or GE Money.
On November 18, the company filed for reorganization under Chapter 11 of the federal Bankruptcy Act, case number 3:08-bk-10809. This permits the company to continue to operate with court supervision while developing a plan of reorganization. Those with monetary claims against the company are advised to obtain a Proof of Claim form by writing to Tennessee Middle Bankruptcy Court CM/ECF, 701 Broadway, Room 160, Nashville, TN, 37203 for resubmission to that court. The case number should be entered on the form.
I found a website where I could fill in and print the form. I will be getting copies of the contract etc. And mailing my claim form this week. I would advise all others to do the same.
