I went to a psycic site and found a psycic named jenna, who sent me a report with all these promises that she would send a more specific and detailed reading after recieving $60, I paid via my debit card trusting this women to keep her word, never recieved the report, tried cancel it from my bank account and it reapeared, but I never recieved the reading, which was very disappointing to me, since I was seeking help, last nite I contacted another psycic via a phone special, and she was completly right on with what she told me, and I felt better, but this really bothers me that Jenna who portrays herself as an experienced psycic with years of experience and many testimonials on her page, and doesnt deliver what she says, or the company says and this I find to be a breach of a written contract and fraud, I have emailed the company, without responce and there is no phone number to contact them to voice my complaint, the other company that I used was so customer service oriented that they said if you didnt connect with psycic that they provided for you, that they would give you the money back or connect you with another one that might be more help.
