I received a free reading from jenna and was asked if i would like a full reading for 60 dollars. I sent her my visa card and waited for a reading to arrive. I used my debit card and wasn't sure if it went through to her so i emailed her 3-4 times to see if she had received my payment and never got a response. As you can guess i also never got my reading. I don't know if she ever received my money because it didn't show up on my bank account. Hopefully it didn't work, but i was upset that she never answered me back. I then stumbled across the rip off report and knew i had been taken. So this is for all the people who are thinking about doing a reading with jenna, avoid her website she seems to be a fraud.
