I received a free reading which purported to have several transits coming up that would impact my life, so I paid the $60 to get the full report on 11/26/07. On 12/3/07 I emailed [email protected] to say I hadn't received my report. I got an auto response telling me to fill out the form, which I did, then another auto response saying an answer would be forthcoming.
On 12/4/07 I sent another email, but got back an auto response saying 'Jenna had received my request and would be answering. I then used a second email address to complain and I got back an email saying she had been trying to reach me to tell me the report was ready and giving me a link to open it. The link only opened a blank page.
On 12/5/07 I sent another complaint, this time using yet a different email address, and I got back a auto response saying she had received my other question and would respond soon.
I then did a Google search for [email protected] and found a whole page of links to complaints, many saying pretty much what I have experienced. My only choice is to contact me credit card company and have the charge taken off my credit card account.
