I would like to explain to people how your mysterious charges may have came about. I too, like you didn't recognize the company or their sevices, and I to had 2 charges on myaccount in the amount of $24.95 in the same day. I called the # on my statement and looked it up net style and found more phone #s I found Mr. Murphy and he was awesome! Through his patients and understanding how I figured out who actually did it.
