I purchased the card for $199.99 from the USA Credit Superstore and when I went on line the products were 3 times more than in the store. I called and cancelled my subscription. I was told to return the package and then my money will be sent back.
I waited several weeks and called them. I was told that since they never received my package that they could not refund my money. I became irrate that since my card was already cancelled, what was the difference if they received the package back or not.
I offered to send them a notarized letter stating that I will never open an account again with them. After arguing for an hour I got nowhere. About an hour later, I received a phone call from a women named Kim who was overseeing floor conversation that morning.
She came upon mine and called to let me know that I would receive my money back in three days. It has been another week and nothing. I dont know what to do now, maybe I should get my lawyer involved.
